Who we are
Vantage Search is an executive search firm based in London (2 Allen Street, London W8 6BH). Contact: hello@vantagesearch.com.
What we collect
From the public contact form: name, email, optional company / practice, and your message. We use a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a honeypot field to reduce spam. We do not sell personal data.
For search mandates we process candidate and client professional data (profiles, notes, submissions) in our internal platform under contractual / legitimate-interest bases appropriate to executive search, with EU/UK GDPR considerations.
Where data lives
Application and CRM data are hosted on Supabase in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region. The public site and contact function run on Vercel. Transactional email for the contact form is sent via Resend. AI providers used inside our internal tools process prompts under our processor agreements and configuration (Anthropic and related subprocessors as documented internally).
Retention & rights
Contact-form messages are retained as business correspondence. Candidate records follow our client mandates and retention schedules. You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@vantagesearch.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO.
Cookies
The marketing site does not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used for security (CAPTCHA) and, on the signed-in product, for session authentication.
